Hope Van Service

The Hope Van Service offers transportation to Attica, Wyoming and Wende Correctional Facilities. The Van Service provides transportation for Wednesday and Friday Family Reunion visits, and weekend visits. To facilitate maintaining family bonds, the Hope Van Service runs every Saturday morning. Families can be picked up from the train, bus, airport or their home and then taken to the prisons for Family Reunion Visits on Wednesdays and Fridays. The Hope Van Service continues to be the main, if not only, means of cost-effective transportation for families visiting loved ones incarcerated in nearby correctional facilities.

Prisoner and Family Educational Services of Monroe County

The Prisoner and Family Educational Services of Monroe County is a new program designed to help family and friends of people who are currently incarcerated or newly released for a smoother re-entry into society. The transition is likely to be difficult for everyone, but it can be made easier for all involved by knowing what to expect and becoming aware of the services that are available.

"In order to address the most pressing needs of those reentering society from prison, we will be hosting a monthly event in which ex-inmates and their families can get real answers and possible solutions to the very real problems that they face. The first night will be addressing employment. Please come and support a very worthy cause." -Group Facilitator
